I am sure that your heard about this week Fashion, Wedding news, of course I am talking about the Wedding of Eva Longoria and José Antonio Bastón! Let’s analyse the Eva Longoria’s Wedding Dress.
To start, we have to know several things about Eva Logoria:
Height :5′ 2″
Body shape: Rectangle
She is short and her body shape is not the most feminine….
So the goal of the designer is to make her seems taller and more feminine, let see how Madame Victoria Beckham makes it!
You can see that Victoria creates a very sexy and nice cleavage. This cleavage makes the breast of Eva bigger and emphasize her femininity.
To make Eva Longoria looks taller, The designer focuses her work on the cut of the dress. As you can see the wedding dress is very pure, no flower, no lace nothing, just the perfect cut on a very nice silk fabric.
You cannot really see in the pictures, but the cut of the dress is princess like on this sketch.
Why do we use this cut? it always makes the women look more feminine because it creates an optical effect of a waist if a woman don’t have one like Eva Longoria. It also makes a woman taller because that didn’t cut the body in two like you can have for example this classic wedding dress on this sketch.
Finally on this picture of the wedding , you can see that Eva looks fabulous on her wedding dress ! Congratulation to the wonderful couple !
